Etihad has announced new frequent flyer partnership with Portugal's national carrier TAP Air Portugal.
Under the agreement, members of both airlines' frequent flyer programs – Etihad Guest and TAP Miles&Go – will now be able to earn and redeem their points with either airline.

We look forward to welcoming TAP Miles&Go members on Etihad Airways and offering them the ability to earn or redeem their miles when they choose to travel across our expanding network.”

The frequent flyer partnership adds to the codeshare launched between the two airlines in December 2023. Under the codeshare agreement between both airlines, Etihad Guest members will have access to destinations such as Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, and Cancun, while TAP Miles&Go members will be able to access Etihad destinations including Chiang Mai, Hong Kong, and Medan.
